The worst bbq I have ever had sliced beef was not sliced it was 2 inch chunks of meet so incredibly dry ! The 2 people working seemed completely in experienced measured the sides with the meats !!! We actually opened the to go boxes and did not know what this meat was !

Food is great! But please stop treating your employees poorly in front of the customers it’s a disgusting site to see, even if they are being trained. There is no need to slam the register closed and get an attitude with each other.

Always come here on Fridays it's always great and the employees are awesome too.

Worse employees I order Sausage and asked for regular but the employee gave me super spicy sausage. Will never return

Bought brisket for a party, very good texture and very low in fat pieces mixed in with the meat.The sauce is good and the spicy sauce is tolerable. Everyone enjoyed the brisket.

If you ever make it around here to the smokehouse you have to order the loaded baked potato. With brisket!. It is amazing. Its a huge russet potato, butter, loads of shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream(if you want it), chives and then...add brisket and barbeque sauce. It sounds questionable but you have my word its like a little plate of Texas heaven.

Worst BBQ I think I have ever had. Went on a Friday evening and all the meats were leftovers. I had brisket and pork ribs, none if it was fresh and tasted as if were baked in the oven.

To he brief, I like this place. There is almost always a line, but you won't have to wait long. The loaded potato is pretty good, but would be excellent if they used a higher quality of cheese. In my opinion. The smoked meats are always good. If you travel along 287, the location is super convenient to grab food on the way home.

Definitely not the best around. Best way to explain it is franchise BBQ. Harris BBQ going into town is one on one personal and it shows in finished product

This place was excellent for gas station BBQ. the sausage and chopped beef was delicious! The beans were plain, unseasoned and still in the canned juice. The guy behind the counter was really friendly and knowledgable, but slow.

Went here around for lunch around 1pm. No crowd. Ordered the cowgirl plate, chicken, and 2 sides( should have taken the pick before I ate but I was starving) Jalapeno BBQ sauce is good! Food was good! No complaints 😊

This place is more than just a BBQ joint it's a nice roadside stop that is part convenience store with a great selection of wine, beer, candy, chips, toiletries, drinks and more. There are stylish and clean restrooms. It's also part Shell Gas Station, part Sonic, part shoping extravaganza with clothes, souvenirs and more.

Nice place all around. I would definitely recommend. The food isn't always the best but the service is almost always tip top. My mom and I make a habit of coming here every Thursday.

While traveling my family stopped for gas and then decided to check out the restaurant. The food was amazing!!! We all had the chopped brisket sandwich with two sides. More food than we could eat! The sandwich was loaded with meat. The brisket was very tasty with great sauce. The service was excellent as well. The employees were all super friendly. Prices were reasonable for the amount of food you get. Nice clean atmosphere. I will definitely eat here again when in the area.

So I had a long drive home yesterday from Midlothian to San Antonio. I stopped here to get some gas and grab a coke. After seeing the bbq place I decided to give it a try. I got in line and waited a few minutes while some girl wrestled with fresh bbq in a plastic bag. She was having trouble opeing it. A guy came out to help her open it (She was mass making sandwiches) and then to take orders. As I waited a lady walked up and was also waiting. So the guy looked at us both and asked who was next. The lady said I was, but that she only wanted a side. So he jumped her in front of me. Then she wanted more than just a side.I walked away. I'll never be back.

Beef Mexican street tacos were good. Onions were too big. Would be better if the onions were chopped smaller. Onions overpowered the brisket.

I've eaten my share of BBQ, and this is very good, especially for the price. Always moist and flavorful. Plenty of good sides too. Friendly service. I would recommend it. HINT: they offer a text coupon for something free that you can get on the same visit. Watch the monitor!

Expensive as hell. Terrible food. You can see all the dirt, grease and grime built up on the floor in the kitchen from the serving counter. This place is disgusting!

The chopped brisket sandwich is amazing the best I've ever had..the sweet BBQ sauce goes perfect with it!

This spot clearly knows how to please their clients. Always with a super nice approach. The food is conveniently priced, regularly yummy and neat.
